Dr. Shannon Vincent Raymond is an accomplished educational leader with over 22 years of experience in school administration and leadership roles. She served as the Superintendent on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 7.5 years, where her transformative leadership significantly improved the district's performance. Under her guidance, graduation rates increased from 66.8% to 88.4%, and the district moved from being one point above an "F" rating to achieving a "B" rating. Dr. Vincent Raymond’s dedication to student achievement and leadership development has earned her recognition across the educational community.

Dr. Vincent Raymond is also an Adjunct Professor in Educational Leadership at Xavier University of Louisiana and the Columbia University Summer Principals’ Academy.
